It’s been awhile since I abruptly disappeared. I was supposed to update this blog with my game development progress. But honestly, I needed some space to process some things.
I’ll be honest- my best friend passed away almost a month ago. He meant the world to me, and I needed to get away.
At the beginning of this year, he and I made a promise to one another, a resolution for the New Year. My promise to him was that I would release an actual factual game on Steam.
A finished piece of work.
Not a prototype on itch, not a jam, not a demo either. But a conventionally proper game. I’ve decided that I’m going to honor this promise to him.
I don’t have a whole lot of time, and will definitely have to cut scope on a couple of things. But I’ve been working on something.
